The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

One Analysis of the First Thirty Days

For John, BLUFA dialogue, short and pithy.  Nothing to see here; just move along.

Four folks from the FiveThirtyEight Blog talk about the first month of the new Trump Administration:
Nate Silver is the founder and editor in chief of FiveThirtyEight.
Harry Enten is a senior political writer and analyst for FiveThirtyEight.
Clare Malone is a senior political writer for FiveThirtyEight.
Micah Cohen is the politics editor.
I found it an interesting and informative analysis, albeit from the perspective of four folks who probably voted for Mrs Hillary Clinton.

There are places where their numbers approach misses some historic nuances, such as President Andrew Jackson's famous line "John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!".  That seems a pretty broad swipe at the US Supreme Court.

As for the Press, I think that Mr Trump is not wrong to point out that the Press is wrong from time to time and mischaracterizing his actions.
