The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

Hillary for Big Apple Mayor

For John, BLUFThis would give us a lot of fodder for the Fall.  Nothing to see here; just move along.

Is the subject header for a blog post by Professor Ann Althouse.  It continues:
"Not so in New York, where she’d be dead-center in the city’s Democratic majority.
This from their Lordships, the editors of The New York Post.

Then Professor Althouse goes on to tell us about who all has a hat in or near the ring.  Her source is Wikipedia.

Names include the incumbent, Bill de Blasio, Hillary Clinton, Anthony Weiner, and on the Republican side, Donald Trump, Jr.  If Mr Trump wins he will have the second toughest job in America, after his Father, the President.

I am afraid that Professor Althouse is enjoying the anticipation too much.  Here i what she wrote:

Oh, yes!  The time is ripe.  Building a dynasty is not something you drag your heels on.  And what if the Democratic nominee is Hillary?  The Trump vs. Hillary show was a big hit last fall.  I want to watch another season.  Make it happen, people.  It's a slow year for election action.  The spotlight is on you.  Bill de Blasio richly deserves a big challenge.  Come on, New York City.  We political spectators need some variety.  The Washington show is worth watching:  President Trump, Trump's Congress, the Democratic Party in Trumpland.  But all that governing can get tiresome.  A nice active NYC mayoral campaign would be great.
Hat tip to Ann Althouse.
