The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

Bipartisanship Obstructs Democrat Agenda

For John, BLUFLooks like the Republicans in Washington are becoming more agile.  Nothing to see here; just move along.

This one is a little confusing.  The part that is clearest is that the Republicans in the US Senate voted to support a Democrat sponsored Constitutional Amendment (procedural vote).  Bipartisanship got in the way of the Democrat messaging, which was that the Republicans are Neanderthals.  But, then, a lot of us have Neanderthal genes.  Thank you, Martha Katherine Ham.

Hat tip to the Instapundit.

Procedural votes.  Remember the time then senator John Kerry was for the measure before he was against it?
