The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

Lowell Planning and Development—2009

At the City Manager's Blog we have this report from Director of Planning and Development on how things went in 2009.

I am linking to encourage people to visit the City Manager's Blog from time to time.  Also, one can sign up for notifications, which is what I do, since remembering to check here and there is sometimes a challenge, especially for blogs that are not updated daily.
